Developer Terms and Conditions

1. Who these terms cover

These Developer Terms apply to individual developers and studios (“Developer”) exploring original-content or custom builds for ZENAPLAY. They complement the Publisher Terms when a developer also acts as a publisher of their own titles.

2. Submissions and prototypes

If you share builds, concepts, or assets with us before a signed agreement:

• You confirm you have the rights to share them.
• We will treat non-public materials as confidential and use them only to evaluate a possible collaboration.
• Feedback from FidelFlow Labs or ZENAPLAY does not transfer ownership of your work to us unless a written agreement says so.

3. Platform rules for live titles

When developer tools or a submission pipeline go live, Developers must follow published technical and content guidelines, including fair-play requirements, performance expectations for low-bandwidth devices, and any age-rating or localization requirements we communicate.

4. Rewards and promotions

Waitlist ZenaPoints, referral rewards, and similar early-access incentives are platform rewards for players — not developer compensation. Developer payments, if any, are governed only by a signed development or publishing agreement.

5. Termination of evaluation

Either party may end exploratory discussions at any time before a signed agreement. We may decline submissions that conflict with law, brand standards, or platform roadmap priorities.
