1. Who we are

ZENAPLAY is operated under FidelFlow Ventures, the venture-building arm of FidelFlow Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use zenaplay.et and related pre-launch services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Account details such as name, email address, and/or phone number when you register for the waitlist.
• Referral and engagement data such as referral codes, ZenaPoints activity, survey answers, city (city-level only), device type, and SMS consent status when you provide them.
• Technical data such as browser type, approximate device information, and basic usage logs needed to keep the site secure and working.
• Messages you send through Work with us or support forms.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage your waitlist account and ZenaPoints balance.
• Send service messages you request, including beta-access notices when you give explicit SMS consent.
• Improve launch readiness (for example, genre interest and city distribution for product and outreach planning).
• Respond to partnership or support inquiries.
• Protect the service against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

4. Legal bases and local law

We process personal data in line with applicable Ethiopian data-protection requirements, including Proclamation No. 1321/2024 where it applies, and with the purposes stated at the point of collection.

Marketing or SMS outreach for beta access is sent only when you give an explicit, unbundled consent. Completing a survey or signing up with a phone number for account access is not treated as SMS marketing consent.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers who help us host, secure, or operate the site, and only as needed for those services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.

6. Retention

We keep waitlist and account data while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Survey and SMS-consent records are retained to demonstrate consent and support beta outreach planning.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist account data by contacting us at the emails above. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by contacting us; we will stop beta-access SMS for that number going forward.

8. Children

This pre-launch site is intended for users who can lawfully create an account under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data inappropriately, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform moves from waitlist to beta and launch. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
