Publisher Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Publisher Terms apply to conversations and future commercial arrangements between FidelFlow Group / ZENAPLAY and game publishers or aggregators (“Publisher”) regarding distribution of H5/HTML5 games on the ZENAPLAY platform.

Submitting an inquiry through Work with us does not create a publishing contract. Binding terms will be set out in a signed agreement before any title goes live.

2. Pre-launch status

ZENAPLAY is currently in pre-launch. No catalogue commitment, revenue share, or exclusivity is confirmed by these website terms alone. Public materials describing future revenue-share ranges are indicative planning figures only until a signed deal says otherwise.

3. Content standards

Publishers must ensure submitted or proposed games:

• Are lawfully owned or licensed for distribution in Ethiopia and any other territory covered by the eventual agreement.
• Do not include illegal content, hate, exploitation of minors, or malware.
• Are suitable for browser/H5 delivery and reasonably perform on entry-level mobile devices where practicable.
• Disclose advertising, IAPs, or data collection that occurs inside the game.

4. Intellectual property

Publishers retain ownership of their games and brands except for the limited license needed for ZENAPLAY to host, promote, and distribute the titles as agreed. ZENAPLAY and FidelFlow marks remain our property.

5. Commercial terms

Revenue share, payment timing, reporting, take-downs, and territory will be defined in the publisher agreement. Nothing on this website guarantees a specific share percentage for any partner.
