1. Current applicability

ZENAPLAY is a FidelFlow Group product focused on Ethiopia and, over time, East Africa. This pre-launch website is not operated as an EU intermediary service under the EU Digital Services Act at this time.

We publish this page for transparency so visitors who ask about DSA-style disclosures can see our position clearly rather than finding a blank legal gap.

2. What we host today

Today’s site provides marketing, waitlist registration, surveys, and partnership inquiry forms. It does not yet host a live catalogue of third-party games for end users to play inside the product.

3. If EU offerings expand

If ZENAPLAY later offers services that bring DSA (or similar) obligations into scope, we will publish the required notices, contact points, and content-moderation information on this page or a successor page before those offerings go live.
